This is really good! Being very nitpicky I think her left eye is a bit too far from the nose. Also, her left side of the mouth is a bit high and her hair seems a bit too tall. That's just my opinion, maybe your depiction of the reference is accurate.

that's really a great illustration!!!! I love the shadows you made. The thing I don't like is the light in her legs and is it a skirt? Well that, I think the candle thing in the can illuminates her clothes in a wider range and not so strongly.

All in all, it's a great work.

Shina isn't wearing a skirt, she wraps her wings around her legs for warmth in cold weather.
